The (Muslim) Travel Ban: Trump v. Hawaii

One of my friends, Prof. Richard Reuben -- who serves on the faculty of the University of Missouri School of Law -- has offered these insights. No. 17-965 (June 26, 2018):] 1. It is not surprising to see the Supreme Court back executive power in the context of international affairs, and especially so in the context of national security.
